Builder / Owner

Sam Mazzoletti

Sam is a fully qualified carpenter by trade. He is passionate about building high quality, sustainable homes. He loves living and working in the Bayside area and when he's not on site you'll find him at the nearest golfing green.... But not as often as he'd like.

Business Manager / Owner

Danielle Frisina

Literally married to the job, Danielle specalises in interior design, project and business management. When she's not ensuring a first class customer experience, she is running after Quinn, their beautiful (head strong) two-year-old.

Our Story

We are Sam and Danielle, the husband and wife team, behind Bearwood Building's award-winning home extensions and renovations. Servicing Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula, we have over 30 years of knowledge and expertise in construction and customer service.

Our mission is simple - to build environmentally responsible home extensions and renovations that people love living in. We believe in building healthier homes for a healthier planet and are passionate about empowering people to build more sustainable homes. We are an Accredited Passivhaus Builder and a proud member of the Master Builders Association.

In 2023 we were awarded Winners for Excellence in Housing from Master Builders Victoria and were National Finalists at the Master Builders Australia Awards. Our highly skilled builder and expert trades are meticulous in their workmanship and respectful of the neighbourhoods and environments we work in. We understand that what we are building is more than a house, it's a home.
