​Final Documentation
We will prepare a detailed, fixed-price proposal once we receive all your final plans and documents. Please allow 4-6 weeks for
our Estimator to complete the proposal.
Step 7
​Construction Begins
Stay updated via our portal with daily logs, photos, and scheduled onsite meetings.
Step 2
​Initial Consultation
​
We’ll discuss your project, clarify questions, and provide a Feasibility Report with a price range. If it fits your budget, we schedule an onsite visit.
Step 5
Proposal Approval & Contracts
Once you are happy with the proposal,
we will create a Master Builder building contract.
All necessary documents are sent to the
building surveyor for a building permit.
Step 8
​Completion & Handover
Get Excited!
A final certificate of completion is issued, and construction wraps up.
Step 3
​Onsite Assessment
We review your wish list, explain our process, provide a documentation checklist, and introduce you to our client portal.
Step 6
Pre-Construction
​
After permit approval and deposit payment, the exciting part starts. The site is prepared (furniture removal, neighbour notifications, security setup), and client portal access is provided.

​Move In & Enjoy
Settle into your newly renovated home. We’ll check in to see how you’re enjoying it!
